With the elephant upstairs. I have never heard someone with the footfall this thing (still don't know if it's male or female) as. I have the tv on LOUD, it's the cartoon channel, yet I can still hear it stamping about upstairs. I'm going to leave this in my review of this apartment. This bitch was worse than the weather!
